Ryan Braun had a bases-clearing double during a nine-run second inning as the Milwaukee Brewers went on to an 11-6 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday.
Prince Fielder, Greg Zaun and Casey McGehee each drove in a pair of runs for Milwaukee, which had dropped five of six contests.
The onslaught came at the expense of Clayton Kershaw (1-2), who was removed following just 1 1/3 innings after surrendering seven runs on five hits.
After Braun brought three runs home with his double, Fielder and Zaun added two-run home runs for the nine-run advantage.
Chris Narveson (2-0) allowed three runs on four hits over six innings to grab the win in his second start of the season.
James Loney drove in four runs for the Dodgers, including a three-run homer in the eighth.
Carlos Gomez and Alcides Escobar got Milwaukee on the board by driving in runs.
