OG Anunoby scored 27 points and Landry Shamet sank six 3-pointers as part of his 20-point performance, fueling the host New York Knicks to a 105-91 victory over the spiraling Philadelphia 76ers on Tuesday.

Anunoby sank 11 of 13 free-throw attempts to continue his torrid play. He has scored 149 points over his last five games.

Mitchell Robinson collected 14 points and 14 rebounds after drawing the spot start with five-time All-Star Karl-Anthony Towns sitting out due to left knee soreness.

Mikal Bridges also scored 14 points for the Knicks (48-27), who completed a four-game season sweep of Philadelphia.

New York has won three in a row and five of its last six games overall. Tuesday's victory was head coach Tom Thibodeau's 223rd for the Knicks, tying him with Pat Riley for fourth place in franchise history.

Quentin Grimes scored 26 points for the undermanned 76ers (23-53), who have lost nine in a row and 24 of their last 27 games. Tyrese Maxey (finger), Kelly Oubre Jr. (knee) and Andre Drummond (toe) were ruled out for a Philadelphia team that already was without Joel Embiid and Paul George due to season-ending injuries.

The 76ers did themselves no favors by shooting a paltry 19.4 percent from 3-point range.

Philadelphia trimmed a 17-point halftime deficit to five points at 70-65 with 2:28 left in the third quarter, before Bridges halted the momentum with a 3-pointer.

Shamet also converted three more times from beyond the arc as the Knicks pushed their lead to 95-74 with just over six minutes left in the game. New York was not threatened the rest of the way.

Grimes made a dunk to pull the 76ers within two at 24-22 with 1:42 left in the first quarter before the Knicks ignited a 17-4 run. Shamet sank two 3-pointers, Anunoby and Tyler Kolek each had one and Hart converted a three-point play during that sequence.

Robinson extended the Knicks' lead to 17 at 59-42 before blocking Justin Edwards' shot from the interior just before halftime.
