LeBron James scored 35 points on 12-of-16 shooting and added eight rebounds, eight assists and five steals as the visiting Miami Heat bounced back from an embarrassing loss with a 123-107 triumph over the Washington Wizards on Wednesday.

Dwyane Wade chipped in 33 points on 11-of-17 shooting and nine assists and Chris Bosh scored 26 points for the Heat (52-23), who moved back into a tie with the Boston Celtics (51-22) for second place in the Eastern Conference.

After falling at NBA-worst Cleveland in an emotionally-charged game on Tuesday, Miami quickly set the tone against the Wizards, shooting 60 percent in the first half to take a 63-52 lead into the break. Wade went into the locker room with 22 points while James had 14.

Washington chipped away in the third and closed to within a point with 9:27 left in the game. But Wade completed a three-point play to spark a 12-4 surge that put the Heat up for good.

Jordan Crawford scored a career-high 39 points for Washington, which failed in its effort to post back-to-back wins for the first time since mid-January.
