Oregon 80, Arkansas-Pine Bluff 59: Carlos Emory matched his season high with 16 points as the host Ducks breezed past the Golden Lions.
Arsalan Kazemi, a 6-7 senior forward who transferred from Rice in the off-season, recorded 11 points and 13 rebounds and Damyean Dotson also scored 11 points for Oregon (7-1) as five Ducks reached double-figures in scoring.
Mitchell Anderson scored a season-high 16 points for Arkansas-Pine Bluff (1-6). DaVon Haynes and Lazabian Jackson contributed 12 and 10 points, respectively.
Oregon took an 18-2 lead but Arkansas-Pine Bluff followed with an 11-0 run. The Ducks extended the lead back to 36-19 with 4:06 remaining in the first half, but the Golden Lions closed the half on an 11-1 run to climb back within single digits.
The Golden Lions made the first basket of the second half to trim the deficit to five, but Oregon followed with a 9-0 run and Arkansas-Pine Bluff never got back within single digits.
