Cincinnati 95, Kennesaw State 67: Sean Kilpatrick scored a game-high 20 points as the host Bearcats downed the Owls.
Titus Rubles added 14 points and went 8-of-8 from the free throw line for Cincinnati (6-0), which improved to 45-4 in its last 49 non-conference home games. Justin Jackson and Shaquille Thomas each chipped in with 11 points for the Bearcats.
Orlando Coleman led the way with 12 points and seven rebounds for Kennesaw State (3-6), which was outrebounded 44-31. Tanner Wozniak came off the bench to score 10 points for the Owls.
Jackson scored nine points in the first eight minutes as Cincinnati jumped out to a 19-12 lead. The Bearcats closed out the first half on a 22-6 run and forced 12 turnovers to take a commanding 48-28 edge into the break.
It was more of the same in the second stanza as Rubles hit a pair of free throws to extend the advantage to 29 with just over 12 minutes remaining. The Bearcats led by as much as 34 as they cruised to their sixth consecutive victory.
