Sabres 5, Bruins 4 (OT): Matt D'Agostini scored on a partial breakaway just 22 seconds into overtime as host Buffalo won its second straight game following the Olympic break.

Matt Moulson tallied with 53 seconds remaining in the third period to forge a 4-4 tie, slapping home a loose puck following a carom off the skate of Boston defenseman Johnny Boychuk. Buffalo then took advantage of an ill-advised pass by Loui Eriksson as D'Agostini gained a step on Bruins captain Zdeno Chara and backhanded the puck under the extended right pad of Chad Johnson (21 saves) to end the contest.

Brian Flynn and Latvian Olympian Zemgus Girgensons each scored and set up a goal while defenseman Tyler Myers also tallied for the cellar-dwelling Sabres, who have split the first four meetings with their Atlantic Division rival. Jhonas Enroth turned aside 29 shots to snap a personal 14-game winless streak (0-10-4) and record his second win - and first since Oct. 25 versus Florida.

Milan Lucic collected a goal and an assist while Brad Marchand netted his team-leading 20th tally for the Bruins, who fell to 7-1-2 in their last 10 games. Chara and Chris Kelly also scored and defenseman Torey Krug notched two assists in the setback.

With Moulson serving a double-minor for high-sticking, Krug deked Enroth to the ice and skated around the net before sliding the puck through the slot. Lucic unleashed a blast from the left faceoff circle before Enroth was able to settle himself, giving the Bruins a 4-3 lead at 9:43 of the third period.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Lucic, who picked up an assist on Chara's tally, has scored three goals and set up four others during his five-game point streak. ... Marchand is riding a three-game goal-scoring streak and reached the 20-goal plateau for the third time in four seasons. ... Enroth improved to 1-4-2 in eight career appearances against Boston.
