Jets 5, Kings 4 (SO): Bryan Little scored in regulation before netting the lone goal of the shootout in the fourth round as visiting Winnipeg edged Los Angeles.

Neither team was able to break through in the bonus format until Little roofed a shot on the Jets' fourth attempt. Mike Richards shot wide on the Kings' final opportunity, giving the visitors their second win in six games (2-4-0).

Blake Wheeler and Mathieu Perreault each recorded a goal and an assist while defenseman Zach Bogosian also tallied for Winnipeg, which is 1-1-0 on its three-game road trip. Anze Kopitar and Marian Gaborik each netted a tally and set up another while Justin Williams and Kyle Clifford also scored for the Kings, who fell to 0-1-2 on their seven-game homestand and 1-2-3 in their last six overall.

Winnipeg took a quick 2-0 lead early in the first period as Perreault converted a feed from Michael Frolik 3:39 into the contest and Little did the same with a pass by Wheeler 52 seconds later. Wheeler made it 3-0 just 2:08 afterward, when his pass attempt caromed off the skate of Los Angeles' Trevor Lewis and past Jonathan Quick (21 saves) during a power play.

The Kings began their comeback later in the session as Kopitar buried a rebound at the right side of the crease with a two-man advantage with 5 1/2 minutes remaining and Williams beat Michael Hutchinson (25 saves) from the top of the crease 1:27 later for another power-play tally. Gaborik forged a tie 89 seconds into the third and Clifford knocked in a loose puck on the doorstep at 12:25 to put Los Angeles ahead before Bogosian forged a tie with 5:56 remaining.
